We too are going through some of the same garbage as you are experiencing. Frozen pensions, reduced staff, selling off accounts to dealers, closing our offices, managers overwhelmed with double the amount of techs that they should have, lack of training, experienced employees feeling like they are the enemies because of higher salary and benefits, and on and on. We've been sending some back office work overseas for a while now. Good luck to everyone. Very tired of this industry.

Thank you for sharing! I know a few years who, we got a few Ricoh people. I bet they are kicking themselves now. You’re right... I need to get out of this industry.
