You know who you although yes I make the money off two I'm dam worth it. In your mind you think if I make you do the job of 3 I will either break this person or they will quit. Well either, you will prob make me sick then I'll take a leave them where will you be. Everyone sees the unfairness the high expectations of some but not others.
