So we all know it here are changes coming bit for an anyone know when this is going to happen? First I thought it would be Feb 1 but apparently that didn't happen. Does anyone know exactly what changes are happening? Please don't comment if ur just gonna be rude I am just someone like other wondering what will happen and when it will happen. I know everyone has theories I just wish someone could post that actually knows a little bit and are not here just to be mean. Have blessed day and night. Good luck to everyone

You don't know because know one knows. Maybe the higher ups know what is coming but they sure as heck are not going to post it here.
Like the rest of us you have to wait and see. Maybe something changes, maybe they don't.
Not early this year because many clubs are going through major resets removing pods and whatnot. After the moves are done it begins. Get some last work out of folks.
Do you see what happens when you try to ask this stuff? You bring out the trolls.
Changes don't have to happen Feb 1st. It's usually on a weekday like Tuesday or Thursday. They also like to announce in batches. Like making a change now then again in April.
We are up 3% as a company

I don't see that happening I am not sure that is even legal. Maybe they shouldn't have spent millions on Super Bowl commercials like millions they could pay their employees a living wage. Who knows
One of my managers told me she saw an internal memo that there's a possibility of a wage DECREASE to $10/hr starting (and 7% DECREASE for current employees) because of lagging sales the past 2 years since the last increase to $11/hr.
If this is true, then walmart has to be the scummiest company on earth, especially after they just got a HUGE tax cut.
