In the United States, IRS requires to have W-2 mailed out to the employees by January 31st. What is the deal? Is it coming all the way from India?

Never got mine either, but come on we are talking HCL, they get nothing right
I would suggest e-mailing helpdeskemployeetax@hcl.com to get a copy. They sent mine but would not tell me when it was mailed. My guess is it never was as its Feb 7th and I still have no hard copy.
I still don't have mine and it will not pull up in ADP
Still no W-2! If mailed by 31st, why don't the majority of us have it by now? It's Feb 6th HCL!
Got mine on line a week ago, and received hard copy in the mail today.
Got mine in the mail yesterday.....they are coming just be patient

You realize it’s the first business day after the 31st? They just have to be post marked by the 31st. Not much you can do yet
I was able to print mine off of the ADP portal. Still haven’t gotten them in the mail though. HCL strikes again!
You are allowed to report them to the IRS. You call the IRS and report you have not received your W2from your employer.
It’s to your benefit to do so and record session.
Then if someone files in your name before you; you have legal facts to sue HCL.
Y ok u can also chose to go to a free US legal team. They’ll also acknowledge you’re employer not meeting legal requirements
