I left a year ago and just heard this news. No more districts? Then all DVPs eliminated or shuffled to other roles? There were some great DVPs in the northwest region. So they are all gone? Did they finally merge the Northwest and Southwest Regions?

@1tkl+13m3364j I agree! There is one DVP in NW who lost a lot of talent and the replacements are comical. Pity they did not realize what they had until they chased them away. This year on year failure has been self inflicted by senior leadership. It was completely different with the previous RDOS. Too bad she moved on to retire in Florida.

Yes all districts were eliminated. Regions were increased from 5 to 8, so no, those two you mentioned were not merged. I've heard something about divisions within the new regions; so there may be leadership roles there. More to come for those of us still in the stores.
