Only if your an American will you be continuous targeting and cut. They’re being sued and will lose. The network is a sinking ship with all their talent moving on.
No. The current class of leadership has a perfect plan that ensures the company will never have to cut costs again. That's the power of humanability.
Automization is the way of everything.
The move to self service and flexibility in employment will continue to have VZ lay-off talent and hire consultants. The downside will be lack of experience and institutional knowledge which at the end of the day will make VZ lose their competitive edge.
There will always be layoffs at Verizon. Every department. 5G or no 5G.
