Those posting 2% reductions are correct.
We were told this in organizational meetings today.
It’s all real, unfortunately.
I was hoping that it would just be rumors.
I know people personally who were laid off.
There are many restructuring changes happening as well.
So, it seems as if even as these changes settle, more could be on the way after teams are integrated.
I’m terribly sorry for all impacted, it could be any of us, no one is safe.
These reductions shouldn’t be viewed as a reflection of the performance of those laid off.
Some really great people were laid off, feels like a numbers game.
