LOL- oh the misinformation here - this is my last post here and I've been around since 2017. To the dou-che saying no RRP, it was clearly outlined in my lay off call today I would be receiving it.
I was dumbfounded to think people on here were actually thinking they were gonna get an RRP if they were let go. Do you know what company you work for?
You are wrong about RRP. Per the policy, employees who are eligible for severance will receive RRP if their last day of employment falls between January 1 and the payout. It’s possible (probable) your manager didn’t award you any RRP since you were on the list to be let go.
A few in M&R this morning. More this afternoon.
UHN contracting. I am a director and just got laid off. No RRP!! Gut punch. Purposely done today so 2 weeks is on day shy of RRP payout on 2/21. b–tards.
Nothing in E&I but it sure is quiet today.
Any care advocates?
I know of two people who have been let go so far today: one in Product and one in UHN provider relations
Any details on those affected? How many were on the call that were laid off? Which department are you in? Are you done as of today or is it a future date?

The conversation is so sterile. Last minute meeting, ‘uninvited’ management shows up and reads from a script. Honestly I am still speechless.
For the people in E&I what dept are you in? Also in E&I but everything seems quiet here.
My 9am did not result in a firing. Glad to make a 3rd round of layoffs but this feeling is horrible. I wish everyone luck and hope everyone can find happiness.

Re: has it started yet-I’m in the east and in C&S, i do have meetings scheduled but with the entire broader team. I received the invite last night. Feels more like re-org than layoffs. Unless they are getting rid of all of us ( it would be 30+ people, seems unlikely) This is a terrible way to have to work. I hope you’re ok, take a deep breath, and try to stay positive.
Very quiet. Haven’t heard anything in E&I. It’s still early.
