I want opinions on whether or not the tip line is truly anonymous. When I worked in the MW region I know for a fact that it was but now I’m wondering about the SW region. LOTS to report.

They get so many calls a day. It’s insane. Each region in the 100’s. I’ve confirmed this with senior leadership. The only way they investigate is if they get multiple calls on a specific issue. Which rarely happens.
Tip lines have no secrets. Corporate office knows who called.
Honestly, you can report it here as a separate thread and they will notice - both amazon and our management are monitoring this site. also, do not use any personal names as it'll be removed, you can use titles
OMG - Love this
I knew a guy who called the tip line on our boss like 9 times and always gave his name.
Never heard of a TMS generalist before. Gotta love how different regions still are.
The SW region is hella shady; Get the email from your store TMS generalist, write a letter expressing all of your concerns and things you have to report make it a pdf if possible. Send it as an attachment to the generalist and instruct them to forward that attachment to their tms team coordinator that it is confidential. Then call the tip line.
If you have access the outlook email; then search address book for the SW tms coordinator or tms senior partner for SW region. Then you can skip emailing your stores generalist and get your letter to the source. Be prepared once you take this step to not mention to anyone you’ve contacted regional. From the moment you press send there is an investigation into the concerns you have claimed. To when you just call, they will call you back and say “thank you we looked into your concerns, and give you some BS as to why your concerns were appreciated but not what you thought”
It's anonymous if you don't give them any info. You can choose to give your name. I knew a guy who called the tip line on our boss like 9 times and always gave his name.
