Well said NSA is a drama which is waste of money and resources time. Stupidity at its height. One side cost optimisation other unnecessary cost.. I will tell you one weird example.. Earlier.. Example in IT take wireless as example.. It was well organised and things were in control and people used to work heartfully. Now what's happening. Just for one Enterprise release. Vp, Ed, directors, 10-15directors from offshore on it which means they don't have any work other than chasing DEv and QA.. Which is absolutely a useless pressure.. Having daily calls.. Totally insane this clearly indicates all are trying to show they are busy.. In fact this can be even taken care by senior managers for there respective applications... I see a clear gap why for one ER this much of leadership required? Can't we cut down those jobs who are just working to check the status earning lakhs and lakhs....? And the biggest mess is wireline management coming to wireless and expecting comparing just like wireline.. Big drama... Overall worst happening in GTS IT

Itβs the VPs and SVPs. There is nothing to do no at that level except read infosys status and attend PowerPoint sessions. So they sit in building 4 posting on LI and snacking all day.
