@1uxr+13oXDF8R The OP was obviously saying with all the layoffs that they probably fired the person who WAS posting on here lol not that they were FOR posting on here.

I retired from Wilsonville 2nd level when Xerox decided they no longer needed my 40 years experience and were going to rebadged me to a company that is known to replace higher cost employees $80.0000 with a there lower cost solution $20.000. ( they get what they pay for)
Since then I watch this site to see how all my friends jobs are looking.
I heard that all My coworkers/friends in WV Received notices and that they will be out of a job in the next few months.
What a bummer😫.
But I do have to say, my 40 years at Xerox was pretty fun, challenging but fun.
I think the main downfall with Xerox was there were so many different organizations that were all doing their own thing which made the company very rigid to implement change.
A lot of management came and left trying to drive the change, but there were so many silos that wouldn’t play well together.
The infrastructure was so antiquated that the company was not nimble enough to make significant changes which would make them competitive.

Our company blocked this site at work. I think all that did was just make people check it more. LOL although it’s a small consolation, I LOVE that my XBS location and Xerox can’t do anything about this site.

Yeah
I had to sign non disclosure and later a non compete when I left
Since day one of the outsourcing in Michigan I’ve posted ‘anonymously’ to this group and never gave a s**t about the repercussions
No one can tell exactly who the posts are from, although a few have given it away based off the info they were privy to
And the folks I b–ched about a year ago have since been let go, so there’s that :)
I check in every so often just to see if it’s over yet
Fortunately I have nothing to complain about these days

@1fda+13oXDF8R My point was that no matter if people have signed an NDA or not, people will still post to this site. It might not be the exec or management level that's posting, but people will post. The OP said "they must have fired whoever was posting to this board" and my point was that there's no way someone was fired for posting to this board unless they admitted to posting. Most of us who post here are still current employees and most of the information seems to be reliable.

I believe this post was just meant to stir the pot. People will still post, NDAs or not.

@qyl+13oXDF8R I'm not sure what that statement means, about the post being wrong in so many contexts? That's the truth, sorry if you are all in denial. Signing documents stating if any information was shared, like an NDA, their jobs, bonuses, and severance would be forfeited. The same way we were forced to sign on to HCL or forfeit our careers with one days notice. This is not new, or unusual.

I was part of Round 1 back in March 2019. Transferred to HCL, received 60 day notice, unceremoniously ending a great 30 year run as a member of TEAM XEROX. I've been watching here, commenting sometimes (not much), but I've gotten a new job, and focusing on that. Painful reminder of the end when I received my last W2 from Xerox (30 YEARS of those) and the one from HCL. After I do my taxes, my connection to Xerox is officially over. I've lost interest in seeing if someone has inside knowledge of the next layoffs, aside from knowing if the friends I've left behind are still employed. Gotta tell ya, not waking up every day wondering if "Today's the day" is pretty enjoyable. I still read the posts, but I don't watch this site hours hours a day like I did in March. I'm starting to move on. Good luck gang!

Everyone is too busy handling the workloads of everyone that was let go. Or trying to do their job while training their replacement all day long!

Lol - if you think Service VP's/President's at XBS, didn't have non-disclosures about the layoffs two weeks ago, you are in fantasy land.

Everyone on here is anonymous and cannot be tracked. Most of us don't post any identifying information.

If things are slow, it's just because we're waiting for the next shoe to drop. Johnny Vas---ne ain't done yet!

The truth is they made the employees sign legal documents about sharing any information. So I wouldnt expect any truthful updates on this site anymore from anyone who is still a current employee.
