I was totally blindsided. My boss moved my review from wed to fri. I assumed I wasn’t getting let go. Surprised when I got the email. What’s worse is no bonus after 20 years and always rated a 5 unless promoted. I’m applying for positions but hopefully get something outside this Indian sh–hole

After being laid off ironically, I felt bad for my co workers left. The ones waiting for the ax to fall like I was for months. I'm glad it's over, even though it's change that's not in my control.
I would rather have no bonus than get laid off like I did.
Same thing. Worked by butt off all 2019 and told no bonus 2 weeks to payout. My whole team is getting RRP and I lead them. How is this fair. This is a huge deficit for my family. I am done with working for a heath insurance company.
