Who is this “leadership” people keep talking about telling employees that the layoffs are over? That’s just not true.
They are merely sticking to the plan. You call it being non-truthful. UHG - OPTUM is sticking to the plan. The plan has not lied.
Next RIF will be in March 2020.
I think that is it for a few more weeks. I am over on the Optum side and it looks like we need to buckle up for early March if we haven’t already found another job elsewhere.
Sure, upper leadership says "it is over" Truth: it is NOT. Not believing a word going forward as we were told our jobs were secure a month ago.
