Want to know why this company is steadily on a decline? Associates wondering when and if the hammer will drop every year at this time. There is a reason that raises have not been given yet. There is a reason management hiring is frozen. There is a reason that market calibrations took 3-4 days. There is a reason people are not getting replaced when they leave. There is a reason evals have not been given yet. So everyone guesses. Worrying about the "What" and "When". Come on Bentonville. Respect us enough to let the cat out of the bag already. Because of the delay, your productivity is steadily spiraling downward. People will not care, until they know if they have jobs or security for the year. Stop stalling and execute!

I was supposed to have an evaluation last year and never received one. Still have not received it to this day. That was 10 months ago.

All the manager positions being opened are fresh. Yet all these people post that a fresh manager is being eliminated. The fact people still think this site is legitimate astounds me. Wake Up People!
