Few of top leaders don’t have experience running large scale systems. Mostly of them are good at excel sheets or small systems.

I agree with the last point, the question is how is IT run. I think most agree it’s run really poorly, at best.

I think OP was pointing out that all SVPs and 90 percent of VPs are former wireline

It’s not a wireline/wireless thing. IT needs new leadership period. The current leadership is not getting it done and have no credibility. Time for a change is long overdue.
