Can you name these top GTS leaders who are Wireline?
is it just the leadership or engineers as well?
Few of top leaders don’t have experience running large scale systems. Mostly of them are good at excel sheets or small systems.
I agree with the last point, the question is how is IT run. I think most agree it’s run really poorly, at best.
I think OP was pointing out that all SVPs and 90 percent of VPs are former wireline

It’s not a wireline/wireless thing. IT needs new leadership period. The current leadership is not getting it done and have no credibility. Time for a change is long overdue.
They are doing well. Wireline leaders are the most capable.
