@xzp+13qEDiPL It is not the fact that people don't like change. Employees were discarded or kicked to the curb. Some with just a few days notice. The industry is changing but they do not treat their people this way, huh!!!

@xzp+13qEDiPL Who are you and where is your empathy in telling people who are suffering to "deal with it". You must have more than stock in the company. That is a familiar statement "deal with it", that came from another source if anyone follows politics. How rude and insensitive!!!

Not true, 2009 Macy’s had a much larger layoff and restructure. I hate irresponsible reporting and articles.

Well they are free to quit. Nobody is forcing them to stay around.

Whole lot of whining going on. I see a lot of folks want to "just keep doing more of the same". That hasn't worked folks. It's either do something or be gone as a company in a few years.

Nobody likes change, but change is happening in every industry, every moment of every day. Deal with it.
