Just heard from my mgr they are lowering the amount of PTO we can accrue. Anyone else heard about this?

Not true.
Just typical of sams.... was separated, then all in one bucket, now going back to separated and accruing changes. Always back pedaling
PTO vs PPO....Paid Time off should be one pot. In most cases you earn PTO, Vacation, Comp Time and sick leave in lieu of getting paid more. This is a benefit. This company has no clue...
It’s only building up slower because part of it is going into protected pto again. One u get your 48 protected for the year your regular pto will build up a lot faster.
