I just received this letter. Why was this sent all of a sudden? Is the this because of people feel they are getting let go because of Ageism (50+ years)?

Apparently different messaging to different groups. Some animals are more equal than others?
The 'we are all in this together' letter ... it talked about the coming 'tough' choices, expense reduction, etc. ... you get the picture.
