VSPers who were off payroll in 2019 will get pro-rated profit sharing depending on your end date. Mine was 3/22, so prorated 3 months.

Will those who took the early retirement still get the 2.25 profit sharing in their Fidelity acct? I know we received a prorated STI with our payout check.
And I can remember many moons ago when my manager would just write the amounts on a napkin and hand it to me.
Good one. Thanks for the laugh, @taf
On baby, 110% - Cha ching
@uwv+13raWCTk They don't know yet. They just know they are changing it. New kid in town has to make her mark on all the comp/benefit policies.
They delay the early paystubs in order to give all mgrs to the end of the week to complete the one on ones and give you your communication sheet. Do all managers do that? Probably not. And I can remember many moons ago when my manager would just write the amounts on a napkin and hand it to me.
They'd rather keep management employees in the dark as long as possible. Oh well, at the latest, 11 more days I can check my bank and at least see what was deposited. They have historically suspended viewing your pay stub online early for this check. Again, just to keep management in the dark.
What is changing about STI?
Notice the 2nd to last paragraph!
110% and 2.25% profit sharing
110%
I would have thought the CEO would have sent out an email with thes score today since the communication sheets will be available this week. Should be coming soon.
