When they lowered the return period from 180 days to 90, a memo literally said that they were doing this because they want their customers to have time to see if they love their purchase.
I also love how when they eliminate jobs and add them onto an existing job, they call this streamlining and efficiency, when in reality it makes things 10 times more inefficient.
When your store manager says "I'm going to be transparent with you and make you business partners," it means "I'm lying through my teeth right now and making you my store's dupes"
Style crew is pretty ridiculous too
