RIS is not hard to hit if you are worth a damn at what you do and know how to talk to people AND know how to not populate surveys (don't open accounts for brown box set ups if you don't have to, call TS to issue CLNRS after you know they need one, don't pop on troubleshooting unless you are confident they will give 10s, etc)
as for the commissions going away.
its been said for a while now that we are going to the apple model. However as it stands the company needs as much cash and revenue as possible to fund the horrible 5G implementation they got going.
What is more likely is the shutting down of former C stores (hole in the wall stores) and converting them to agents like they did back in 2017) and closing some stores in saturated moderate volume areas. IE in the neighboring district to me there are three corp stores within 15 min of each other each way.
Add onto that store relocations with closures to better meet demographics and geography will result in super. stores more like the apple stores. Larger. stores with 1.5 normal staff compared to average stores spread out over. larger areas. meet the gaps with agents to make up the difference
once VZW is green on rev. without the profit directly from retail pull through sales. (IoT B2B Enterprise standard subscribers etc) they will go away from commissions. so 5-7 years?
