This is from the official HR manual: "Inform the employee that as of now that are terminated, and as a former employee they are now trespassing on L3Harris property and must leave immediately. Also inform the employee that if the company determines that they are entitled to any severance benefit, it will be mailed to them. At this point you may summon security to have the former employee forcibly removed from the building."
