There would be a series of continuous improvement sessions to address the following:
- Why was a T-bone steak used? Cheaper options of meat available.
- Why was it dropped? Are there no secure measures in place for handling such an item?
- How long can we keep having these meetings to get a free lunch and look like we're working?
L3 would wipe it off and sell it to a customer.
Use standard operating procedures: brush it under the rug and deny it ever happened. Go back to reading the newspaper...
