What's the point of the "sick time" hours when nobody can use them? I have well over 100 hours just sitting in that bucket. And in this "crisis" nobody can use it while potentially being exposed to this virus. How about not being able to use them for the parents that work for Sam's club that have children at home from school closures? How about the older folks that fit in the "60 year old" criteria? This is how this company treats us all. Hope you got PPTO or PTO to use.

192 was the Max on sick hours, if you wanna use them drop to part time and use how you please!!!
In order for any lawsuit to have any merit in regards to Sick Pay it would have to be contractual with the company. Since day one whether you physically signed the job acceptance form or did it digitally Sick hours were never guaranteed.
I would recommend to everyone read up on Sick Hours for Part Time associates. It is a rather interesting read.
A lot of us lost the max 252 hours. I'm still sour about that one. They have hundreds of millions of dollars that were stolen from the workers. There are lawsuits pending but it will take years and lawyers will eat that up quick
Way is sick time used for somebody in family?!
We build that for us I have 190h , I was on LOA and they used all my PTO and personal time but not 1 h from sick time.
The people who have all this time never call out, before they blocked to use.
Close the stores. CLUB. PICK UP ONLY!!!!
Anyone know what the criteria is for the sick hours that we have accumulated?
Agreed, but if they allowed everyone to use their sick hours, then everyone would use them and the poor CMs would be the only ones trying to keep the club under control. That would be hilarious to watch.
I agree!! They should let us use our sick hours during this time and not our PTO. This company is something else!!!
