Hazard pay? That’s over the top. Realistically they need to close the stores. Trump just said no gatherings of 10 or more people today and the stores are still open? Also no gloves to handle phones with? Doesn't make sense. They need to be proactive and not reactive. It’s not safe for the workers at this moment

I do appreciate the hours cut and the quota relief but what I don’t understand is having some stores close and others stay open. It’s not a good look for the ones who are open. Why do some employees get to stay home but others have to work? Bill pays and tech support all day. Only until one of the stores end up with it then you will have an entire can of worms on your hands. This is a great opportunity for the big ole “U” to pop in. Definitely a cause to anger your employees when a store 20 mins down the road is closed and they’re scheduled to work.
Some of you oafs are hazards when you bother showing up to work. Screwing things up that the frontline has to fix.

Agree we should be very happy VZ is paying employees when hours cut and stores closed. I do think they all stores should be closed. The only people who really NEED a store are old people... They should not be out. Please Verizon, follow the real leaders like Apple
Wait... I am all for closing stores but hazard pay....? Is that a joke? I hope y'all aren't really expecting Verizon to pay you extra for no one coming in the store...? You know there are people (First Responders) actually risking their lives who aren't getting a penny extra (maybe some OT). Hazard pay what a joke. Push your store to close not for more money you greedy salesman, trying to get as much as you can out of a situation.... Shame
