My department is constantly overworked sometime so busy have to work through lunch, while others around me always have enough time to chit chat non stop, go do errands, go out for lunch, etc.

Airline CEOs are reducing their pay by 50%. Wonder if B and his team would do the same? Now, that would be leadership!

From my viewpoint, we are not organized effectively. We have too many strategists and not enough doers. There’s always a bottle neck. I don’t know that FTE cut is the answer as much as being able and willing to cross train and move people around.

So many employees tell me they are idle and underutilized. They consistently express there just isn’t enough work, and what work exists is low value, no value, or mostly just busy work. Management had just been unwilling to take action.
