Pretty sad when a sleazy company like Facebook is doing better by it's employees than IBM.
IBM is a good metaphor for the United States -
1 -Through the 1950 and into the 1980s the dominant, benevolent place where the gap between C-Level and entry level was not that big.
2- Starting in the late 1980s to today; a has been, third world type country/organization full of dog eat dog types. Worshiping the ethos of "I got mine. so tough luck to you.
