I hope your governor doesn't do what he just did in Nevada. He ordered all non-essential businesses closed with the exception of grocery, pharmacies, gas stations and police and fire. All of our c-sinos and businesses that have gaming are shut down as of midnight March 17 for 30 days and will be reevaluated at that time. He gave tgem a whopping 6 hours notice. Socialism at its finest.

When government stops people from making a living and becoming dependent on the givernment, YES that is socialism
People are taking drastic measures to combat the virus, as they should, and the OP is pupset? Man, prepare to keep being disappointed...
Get ready when everyone is no longer working our business will slow down because no one will have money to buy anything.
Great heavens, if you don't know what socialism is, go to wikipedia and look it up. This government is not controlling the means of production.
That's not socialism.
I don't think that's socialism exactly. I think they royally screwed up in not taking this seriously and reacting to it as soon as we could. They have to look out for the whole general public in a situation like this.
Them giving only 6 hours notices shows that they know they messed up and are trying to get ahead of it. I for one are hoping they do it here in California. Sooner we do it sooner we actually slow it down, well that and actually test on a scale we should have been doing for awhile now...but that's bigger governments fault imo.
Let's just pull the band-aid off already.
That is tens or hundreds of thousands of people out of work. Walmart Sams are safe but everyone else is screwed. I feel bad for you guys.
