As a tma associate I just want you managers to know that it was a literal waste of time closing tbc. And as soon as it finally reopens in my area, we’re going to have a lot of p-ss-d off members that are going to completely agree with me, this was a waste of time, and 2 months of no pay.
we are all hard workers, STOP!!! going against each other we have enough with the rude members stick together and work as a team this hopefully will be over soon, remember work is our second home and family why fight

We are taking flat repairs road hazard battery installation. We still take Any special order and appointment made before 3/20.
If you think we are closing, and not reopening this doesn't make sense.
Just got new tablets with an app with millions spent. All the tbcs are receiving brand new equipment including a road force balancer.
Everyone needs tires and batteries on their cars.

I am just so Amazed at all you people that still attack other departments! Let tell you all something EVERY SINGLE PERSON in TBC in my club are the FIRST to step up and out of their department! They are the BEST!!!’ We appreciate all of them! 4846 We got your back!! Just sayin
I not saying they are lazy but really do you think you are too good to do what every department has been doing. We all are not in our original departments. We are moving around to help all departments. Stop complaining are just call out if you think you are too good to help.

All of you self important people saying TBC Techs are Wussys should stay out in the shop and mount tires on vehicles such as Chevy Suburbans, Toyota Tundras and e250 vehicles in the wonderful summer heat with temps in the lower 100s or wonderful snow and ice storms with temp hovering around a balmy 10 F before you get back to me about how your air conditioned sinus are bothering you.!!!!
Don't forget your also being accused by the members for any damages that preexisted on their vehicles and getting yelled at about how long it takes to properly balance and mount their tires on our outdated and worn out equipment.
Tbc haters just hate because they dont have it good like us. The clubs need us it's called job security you freshtards it's what keeps the boomer buying your rotten nasty fruit and "frozen fresh goods". Smh.

All of us tire people will go push carts because all you other mother f—ers are too lazy to do anything that requires any real effort or work. 98% of you dic—ads inside the club couldn't handle the physical strain or workload we endure.
Amazingly, as all important as you tire monkeys are, you're one of the first few shut down! Even optical is more important than your sorry butts! Lol..... Time to help in another area with 4 wheels, carts!
To anyone saying OP is a lazy pos you dont know sh– that man puts down 5 cars to any other techs one. And still helps in other places.
I've seen these guys almost black out from heat exhaustion and keep going. Not ONE person in any club works harder than the men and women in tbc
Tire tech's at my club are not lazy, They keep their shop clean and when they don't have anything going on they are usually helping with carry out or pushing carts... And if your supposedly a manager over the tire department and your tech's are that lazy, why not talk/ hold them accountable then, Seeing you would have that authority. So I'm gonna say your not a manager, your probably someone who calls for a team lift for a gallon of milk.
Stop. Tire and battery at our club our the brightest and the best. Be careful putting them down. They can come out to the floor and out work you in a minute and maybe YOU won't be needed!!
Saying all TBC Techs are Lazy is calling the kettle Black, when was the last time you went over to the TBC and helped them out when they were overloaded with members, special orders and a few hundred truck tires and batteries that needed to be put up????????
I guess they could send all TMA associates home without pay.
You’re not doing other people’s jobs. You’re helping out in the store because they are very busy and can’t keep up with the zoning and stocking. Stop being so lazy and negative and help your co workers. Unreal!!!
