So after we just got our reviews and shown what our increase will be, as of last week. Well today 15 minutes before we leave we are told that because of Corona virus, there will be no raises for any Honeywell employees anywhere. But the top a–holes all got their bonuses in January. I hope so many quit that they feel the effects of their unethical unprofessional bad choice.

Not entirely true. I got my raise in EU region. Band 3. Must be more of us. Either way I'm leaving this hell-hole now...
Absolutely disgusted by this action from our leadership. Barely into the coronavirus situation and they use it as an excuse to s— anything they can from their employees. A lot of companies are giving out bonuses and extras to support their employees during this time of crisis, but Honeywell just kicks us when we are down. Really care about your employees health, maybe provide a N95 mask that we make to those working in the plants or at least provide some relief in our workload or at least show compassion, instead of push push push. Most people have their kids at home, trying to manage finding household supplies, and oh don’t forget there is a pandemic looming outside.
Nothing like having something stolen from you that you already worked hard to earn. How about instead of cheating the work force out of what they already earned, instead tell the workforce there will be no merit increase or bonus for the work performed in 2020, and it should apply to everyone, CEO on down. Never happen.
I wouldn't be too upset, because I still had a job. BUT what ticks me off is the big wiggs got their bonus & then tell us we would not get a raise. WTF. They would not have got a bonus if not for the people under them.
In reality, it is a cut in pay. They essentially took away the cost of living (inflation) increase from the masses who got the 2.5% or less "merit" increase.
Yes, India should be very proud of how their labor is valued so much less than other parts of the world.
