Unacceptable! I simply would not do it! Is everyone else also being being exposed for 14 hrs? The next two weeks are supposed to the most dangerous time for the spread, retailer’s are working their people a minimum amount of time, off peak hours!
Giant eagle and amazon announced huge bonuses for employees who are working during the pandemic. Amazon gave $2 hr raise and double for overtime.

An ex-Mondelez employee here and current employee for another consumer goods company.....we have off till April 3 and cannot work in the field, if we choose to, until we revive our package containing gloves, sanitizer, etc., which is being sent to our homes!
Mondelez just s—s! They could care a less about their employees...never have and never will! Awful! They are simply pathetic!

A little late, don't you think? Now that they've had thousands of sales reps and merchandisers out on the front line, being exposed to hundreds and hundreds of customers for weeks. This should have happened weeks ago, with proper masks, and sanitizer, etc provided, at the very least, AND reduced hours, NOT increased! Plenty of companies have pulled their staff, and are paying them because they care about their employees. Once again this company comes through too late, after abusing everyone, and the damage to the employees has been done! Absolute greed, and lack of concern for employees so profits can still be made, at the expense of field employees. UNEXCUSABLE!!!
We are terrified, knowing our job is putting us on the frontlines of a global pandemic. It is not enough to receive PTO only after being proven sick. Hazard pay now!!!
