CSO - it’s people like you we need to replace with AI. The problem with this doing this, however, is its intelligence is only artificial.

CSO, Don’t kid yourself. There are very few employees who can’t be replaced.

The D&C chatbot has gotten more oil out of the ground than the dividend.

Investors are fickle. They will buy today and dump the stock if there’s something better to buy tomorrow. Do you really think they hang on to CVX just for the dividend, especially now when it’s plummeting quicker that a ton of bricks down the abyss? Cut the dividend now and save the important jobs. Keep our most productive employees and dump the ones that cost the company money. It’s the good employees who make this company profitable, not so much the dividend.

You will be cut before the dividend. Just wait and see.

MW will never cut the dividend. Everything and everyone else will get thrown overboard to prevent that.

MW will not go into history as the first CEO to suspend, eliminate or reduce the dividend. There is no reason not to accelerate the acceleration and get this done by June or before. Give it a couple of weeks to hear more.

Cutting Dividend to zero will take a hit on the stock price initially but will recover in one year. The survival of Chevron is important.

Not sure why we talk about change and transformation and still sti k to old dividend payout strategy, the wallstreet has abondoned the oil and gas industry for few years now, we need to change our mind on other innovative ways to get cash and investment and provide value to the market, maybe this is a good time to abandon the dividend payment strategy.

Next ex-div date isn't until the middle of May - they have time to think about it. Deep water MCPs are a drop in the bucket compared to continual overruns at TCO. I expect MCBU will get cut... easier to ramp up/down quickly. It also hasn't proved as profitable as hoped. ETC is already mid-reorg and was only a 20% cut a few years ago so can see cuts there.

Time to preserve cash. Suspend dividend temporarily.
Delay all Deepwater MCPs.
