Why do employers of closed stores get to stay home and the stores that are left OPENED, we would need to use our PTO. How is that fair? Get the reps from closed stores to work a day at the ones STILL OPEN. Your life is no more valuable than mine because you work in a slower store.
Let’s be fair. Leadership are told to work from home. Retail stores remain open. Vz implements 2 managers 2 ss rule and if there are any call outs to close the store. I know of a location that was told to continue working business as usual when there was a call out.
