Everything written in these forums about Kronos being a giant pile of tuck is completely accurate and not even close to being an exaggeration.
Please for the good of Whole Foods someone who has any sort of authority trolling these forums, please make it go away.
For the amount of money we are paying for Kronos, Whole Foods could pay a grad student 35 dollars (on a store charge gift card) to p–p out a better program that would be Whole Foods specific.
What is probably the single biggest thing we need to do at Whole Foods? Work the UNFI load. When do we do that? Before store hours. How many people does Kronos schedule to do it?
Zero.
They constantly talk about how "it learns" but it never ever learns anything. Every schedule generated get 100% rewritten.
