Historically IBM has been above it all when something like this happens. Yes it takes a hit but is able to manage it very well. In this case, IBM has been hemorrhaging for a very long time now. It is totally unprepared to deal with this, as is most of its workforce. The people who work for IBM are probably the least healthiest ones since before WWII.

The OP is delusional. There is nothing that IBM handles well, other than laying good workers off and giving executives ludicrous bonuses.
