Regional helping out in stores

Any regional team members coming to your store to help out during the crisis like they do for show during Thanksgiving?

It would make sense construction would be halted during the pandemic, so there’s 1 available team! All hands on deck, right?

In our store I am offering OT to every single TM. No one wants it. Also TL & an ATL were on PTO and out sick so yes the other ATL, me, got a lot of overtime...to make up for the fact that the other leadership was not there. Several other TMS out ALL WEEK. So quit complaining about leadership. They have things to do in the office. (I do know some of them don't do much, but some of us do everything, it just isn't visible.)

I could only get one Tm to even consider staying late. We are offering full time hours to PT TM's and we can't get them to stay any longer. If you are part time and want more hours ask other teams if they need help.

Every one at store level should get an increase of $10 and they can keep their double ot. How does this double ot benefit me? It’s only my team leader and assistant team leader getting all the OT. I get twenty hours a week and why are the leadership group hoarding all the OT! They just sit in the computer and stay off the floor. Few TLs are hard workers but majority are LAZY so lets not just talk bout regional people. I mean go ahead and ask your stl to give you list of tms who had the most OT in the past two weeks. I bet my whole paycheck that it’s atls and tls getting the ot. So please someone tell me how does this double ot benefit team members when our so called leaders dont give a tuck about the rest getting more hours.

Demand $10/hr increase for all people that are in store. This includes store leadership, pt, ft team members until all this is over or we walk out. Simple as that. And believe me, it will not be hard for us tms to convince 300+ team members to do this.

If a produce team leader can convince his team to walk out, we tms can do the same for a store.

Calm down is respect of worrying if regional gets bonus. I think thats what that a/stl meant. Let’s keep working together and stay safe. All stores are supposed to do crowd control moving forward. If yours is not doing it, speak to your stl and ask them why they are following protocol.

We don't want them. They would be coming from major metro areas with the most confirmed cases. Even if they are in the same area I wouldn't want more people. Give the labor to TMs who want it.

What’s the equivalent of “call your congressional representative” in this scenario? All hands on deck folks... team work folks... sleeves rolled up folks... 365 folks...

We can easily get them name badges is that’s what they are worried about... folks! Come join the front line! The avant garde, folks!

Not in my store for exceptions of Some AC’s that came in to check on their teams & team leaders. Funny thing is that i ask my STL if they were going to be working from home & she said they were supposed to work from stores.

While the as/tl who posted points are mostly valid, telling people to calm down and stop complaining about who gets what is NOT valid.

We ARE calm and we are all doing what we need to do. Now we are having a conversation that needs to be had. If this open dialog worries you or scares you, you probably should be scared :)

A/Stl are salary so we did not get $2 raise and we dont get ot. We are working past 48hrs at times. But my main concern is safety of tms so let’s all calm down and stop complaining about who gets what. We all need to work together and we’ll get out of this safe and sound. Do your part and if you can do a bit extra that helps any other team member, it will go a long way. Follow guidelines to wash hands constantly, clean your area, keep distance as much as you can, support your fellow team member, we all are in this together and together we’ll get out of it.

“Conscious Capitalism” is a myth... it’s like a carrot in front of the lab animal on the treadmill. It helps keep the rich richer. All of the regional people’s jobs can be centralized and the vast majority automated. Whether they know it or not yet, they are also a part of the lower class. Besos and Mackey are the only 1%ers here

2 + 2 = 4 when everyone got a raise when amazon took over, regional all got stocks. You must be real naive if you think those lazy chumps from regional will not get anything. I’m glad my stl at least gets the $2. She is working her butt off and no regional person has stepped on our store. Hospitalitea im getting tired of getting that lame email from my tl. I feel bad for her, she busting her self and gets emails from regional every min. Just wow!

They took corporate on ramps so they wouldn’t have to work. You wouldn’t turn down a high paying desk jockey position your bestie offered you where you could insta chit chat and facef*ck all day even though you never really thought about or wanted to work organic food retail and really you are just waiting for something better to come along and we have the proof right here when the going gets tough they are nowhere to be found. When your hiring dynamic begins to orbit around gender and identity hires you undermine all the good, hard working hires by incentivizing a misguided attempt at social justice that all be guarantees competitive subjugation. Congratulations!

Nope not at mine. Not a single MA regional person has come. They avoiding us like a plague. And they are bout to get a bonus for doing what?!!?? Sending emails?? I mean im getting $2 which is $80 more per paycheck. If i get coronavirus, treatment is bout $35000.00!!!!!!! And could probably die.

So why does lame wife thinks $2 n double OT is enough? Control flow of customers, provide us high quality masks. We are 2nd in tier for essentials and without us, all this goes to hell. Sure they can hire more people, but can they afford to train people at this time??!!

Dear wife you need to do more or guarantee us that you will cover all expenses of coronavirus treatment n cover my family expenses. We need masks, get regional email mongers to come to stores n help, provide us w all tools necessary to keep store clean automatically instead of us trying to figure out what to order what to use, provide free coronavirus testing to all tms, check customers coming in and get them regional lazies out of their computers and get to stores to help.

No they are lounging at home in their pj’s sending out emails, and planning out next weeks conference calls.

Saying to themselves “Thank god. I don’t work In-store anymore.

not at my store... its kind of like the celebrities singing to the middle and lower classes on social media instead of using their power, platform or money to make a difference or help.
