The associates at my club that call out already have now started to take full advantage of the no points policy. I think the bonus should be deducted from their paychecks for making it harder on us again.

Read the policy! Link on the front page of the wire! There still is an attendance policy! There is not a no points system!

The day you stop obsessing over who gets what money is the day you stop living in such pitiful pathetic misery. Their money is not your business.
Must be nice. Our CM is making sure everyone gets points for every callout. Even those coming in coughing their lungs up get no sympathy. Several of us are coughing really bad..to the point a couple of us threw up at our registers today. No, we dont have coronavirus (we dont have fevers) but we are still sick and our members are extremely uncomfortable with us checking them out.
I agree people are taking advantage of having no consequences I do believe they should have a deduction from the bonus.
I totally agree the people that call out should be given less of the bonus.
They'll burn through all their time before the worst part of the virus hits. Then you can take your time off while they are forced to work
PLEASE PLEASE HOME OFFICE IF YOU'RE LISTENING!! FIRE ANYONE WHO CALLS OUT DURING THIS CORONAVIRUS EPIDEMIC!! IT'S NOT FAIR TO THE REST OF US WHO ARE RISKING OUR LIVES!! AND FFS MAKE THEM WAIT 3 YEARS FOR THE BONUS JUST LIKE REGULAR PTO!! I HAVE BEEN WITH SAM'S FOR 7 YEARS NOW AND THESE NEW HIRES HAVE NO IDEA HOW EASY THEY HAVE IT!
