Hello Team, I have great news! Fiserv will be increasing the salaries of all hourly associates by 25% for all time worked from 3/16 until 4/30.

This is only for production workers who rely on equipment for the job i.e. card, statement production. This is not an across the board for hourly.
I think it is considered hazard pay to go into the office.
Why aren't they giving this to all workers? I guess my contribution isn't valuable?
