I've never seen so much entitlement coming from a group of employees in my life. It's little wonder why you are being laid off. I would say 75% of the work force isn't as spoiled and entitled as this group. Just saying. Maybe if you appreciated your jobs you wouldn't get laid off.

I think I was on the low side when they hired me as the last poster indicated. But in two short years I have done very well. Kept my job, two quick large promotions and 3 bonuses. The last bonus was just last week as some of my group was exiting . I’m happy to be here and hope doors continue to open. I’ve worked hard and I really do deserve it. Best of luck to all!
@1aba... I hate to break it to you but that is because you got a raw deal in your pay. You are working for less than those that were let go. Trust me as a 17 year employee.
@OP+146aVFG6: I see you are practicing the value of compassion! I loved my job, received 4 and 5's on all evaluations for 2 decades, also received many "Bravo" from both inside and outside my division for work done. This layoff has been a gut punch.

I know these are rough times but this is truly a great company. Sorry to all that have lost their jobs, as I’ve been lucky to retain mine. So sorry to all. I am glad to still be here and I like it here so I’m hoping new opportunities open for me as other exit.

I love my job. Been here 2yrs and I continue to climb the ladder. At the last lay-off I was behind close doors getting not only a promotion but a hush-hush bonus. I agree, time to get to work rather than complain.
If you had ever worked for another fortune top 10 company like I have you would know how bad this is. Keep drinking your koolaid.
