Why don't we stand up to them and say no more. Part timers call off left and right and seem to be exempt from working during the pandemic. I think if they try to fire you, there will be a big lawsuit
Now would be a real good time to call management out on why some territories have reps merchandise much more than others! Why there is such inequities, some territories have more than one FT merchandisers while others have none. Might be real good time to call out the “goo old boy network”. A rep on our team throw one small delivery a week, at least he is scheduled to, but he always moves his merchandiser to pick it up.....never a word! For others, we can’t move a merchandisers even if they’ve been sitting for a late truck for hours! We’re told to pick up extra. Nonsense! Document! Call the BI team and open a ticket to document!!
Save your money. All of this is an "Act of God" situation. Additionally, there are still millions of people working out there EVEN WITHOUT protective gear, serving you and me. Where do you think you're getting your groceries from? Your takeout food?
I agree with a lawsuit if your bosses or company KNOWINGLY exposed you to a confirmed/tested COVID19 positive person. If that's the case, document, document, document...

Exactly!! Any good coronavirus lawyers out there? Please help since M o n d e l e z doesn't seem to care about their employees in the sales field! G W and DVP are fake and only care about their bonuses!

When will our masks , sanitizer,and disposable gloves be given to us?
