Union Pacific Workers Comp Question

If I get infected at work with COVID-19 can I claim Workers Comp? If yes, I think UP will be in big rouble a– will get infected without protection.

You just have to prove that they did not provide you with a reasonably safe place to work.

Any issues you have like that start putting them on the safety hotline. UP won’t care but at least there is documentation of the event happening. The limo drivers don’t have paid sick leave either and make peanuts. Not defending them showing up sick but you can’t blame a man for not wanting to starve.

We’re you forced to have job briefings in groups of 10 or more? Did your place of employment fail to provide you a safe place to do work for them?

If so, call Rodney and Rodney Firm Llc
Together, we will work to get you your fair compensation

We had a limo driver the other day that was coughing up a lung and said he thought he was running a fever. Good times.
