My store limits customers to 10
Our regional office wouldn't let us markdown floral.
Some masks limit oxygen and it is a concern that someone working their a– off while wearing a ventilator could pass out and get hurt. That is the reason they don't want us to wear them. Ridiculous.
Floral is now getting smaller shipments or none or switching to longer shelf life product. It wasn't possible to prevent all spoilage in time. Stores can always create their own in store sales if spoialge is a concern.

not even asking for (god forbid) WFM to provide them, but if TM's can acquire their own...
This is the incomprehensible ignorance we're up against.
Why aren't we having a sale of the floral department??? Flowers are not of the top anybody's list. Our floral spoilage is going through the roof.

Apparently starting tomorrow am for us. And the distance between tms doing production or stocking.
Limiting the number will cut into profits and we are setting sales records (year over year...ugh last year was ugly)

We are. Starting tomorrow door is locked. STL at the door. 10 people in the store at once. One person leaves, one person can enter. There are already doing this on the coasts. The Team Leader meeting is even being split into segments so too many people aren't in one room at a time.
Management is making up for the majority of times there aren't customers in your store.
