100+ people a day lined up at the door every day and we let them all in at once and get slammed! Got in trouble because my metrics are low for the last month and I’m short handed because people don’t wanna come I and risk getting sick! Im about to lose my cool on the club manager! Fix it or resign instead Pointing fingers and talking on your phone!

They should be using the crowd control guide that was posted on the wire. My GM has only been allowing a certain amount of members in at a time since the weekend.
Same I got in trouble for having low quantities of items out I had associates going home sick, or recently quit so I am short handed as is, and when I went to store manager he just 🤷♂️ figure it out idk what the hell they are expecting from us they just want to make money they dont care about us
