Why can’t VZ allow more data usage with the COVID epidemic? Some customers may live in areas where wireless is the only option and streaming news All day to keep up with the crisis is the only way to be informed.

It looks like VZ, ATT, Sprint and t-mobile were able to ignore the increase data and overlook the overage. Flipping the switch. So in other words data traffic and congestion is not an issue. It’s part of the business plan. Comcast and other isp increased speeds and stated our network is operating fine and can handle more. Lol
Why?
Verizon announced late last night they are giving 15gb to all customers. Great job VZ.
Because capacity costs money and time.
Unlimited what? Who can use the slow speeds. You can’t do more with your phone. It’s actually less since everything is vids. Good s—er punch VZ
I need to use a lot of electricity but I only want to pay 60 bucks a month. Rippin me off electric companies!!!!!
If we are such an essential people need to pay more for uncapped data. You went to the store to adjust your plan?
I went to a store today to change my data plan. They could not even use my phone to change it. Ridiculous at how slow they throttle you. The data is definitely not being used for business and enterprise right now. They just want to get paid.
You’re right about that. 600kbps is slow. You can barely load a page. I can make a sandwich and it’s still loading. Unlimited my a**.
Well, Verizon could not possibly care less.
You know that
