Boeing is doing furloughs, stopping production. GE Aerospace is sending 50% home, 10% on permanent layoffs.

Hmmm, my magic ball tells me there will be about 30% furlough and 7% permanent layoff here...

What is an MIP?
Planning is underway- Won't furlough direct charge folks on Rev Cogs.... hurts them. Won't furlough factory.... hurts them. WILL furlough those they gave MIP's to that are Indirect. Helps them. Will expect others to put in more time to cover during alternating furlough weeks. Also expect 10 to 20% wage cuts on everybody. Helps them everywhere.
