The stay at home or shelter at home is a good idea, but we are ACCOMPLISHING NOTHING. As everything is closing, the grocery stores are becoming wall to wall people, in other words...virus transmission zones. The grocery stores are one of the few retail outlets open. They are becoming the place to go to. I work in the grocery business. It is impossible to keep social distancing, as people are not taking the issue seriously. You have the (1.) daily shoppers who show up everyday to buy a quart of milk and bananas, (2.) this is the only place open, so they go there, even the (3.) mallwalkers are showing up. (4.) The senior only times are even worse, as the stores don't enforce the age restrictions, so younger people show up because they are worried that the seniors will buy all the toilet paper. We need to enforce the crowd size of 50 or less in social gatherings, or even the more recent 10 or less. Maybe, if people had to wait a little to get into the grocery store, they might not come everyday for their various wants. Many retail outlets, such as Best Buy are using this customer limit to control the social distancing. If the grocery stores continue this "Black Friday" customer crush, we are wasting our time in this battle on the virus transmission.

It's people like you that put money over OTHER PEOPLE'S health. CLEARLY you think only of YOURSELF and not the FACT that YOU are part of the spread of the disease. The ill will is to the person wanting more panic, and a bigger bonus, while most of us are worried about our health, the health of others, and the rediculous amount of people we are in contact with, on a daily basis in these stores, possibly contributing to the spread. If someone is enjoying this horrific situation, and can only think about a bigger bonus, they get what they deserve. This is not a time to think about all the money to be made. This is a world wide tradgety.
you are right the young are not consistently following protocol lets go to florida for spring and then the feds will guve us money directly into our accounts cause we were affected by the virus. if everyone just stays at home. u can still go outside if u are hoarding then shame on you for taking something that the less fortunate cant get. give this a few weeks and it will be back. to normalcy. this will only make companies leave dsd quicker. no employees to get sick just ship it to the stores and your done. most companies are only making the top few sku anyway so no one is making any money on the front lines. just risking getting sick and quarantine with im sure no pay.
