Spot on! Needless Markup (did I spell it right...?) is consulting about filing chapter 11 Reorganization. Not at all the same thing as chapter 7. Theg fully intend to keep going forward.
They'll still be around for a while. They're just going down the road of not having to pay their bills. Many companies (and individuals) file for bankruptcy, and banks/lenders/companies that loaned them money lose their shirts. YET, these companies and individual are miraculously "forgiven" just a few short years later, and start the cycle again.
Banks and lenders never learn...
