Dear Sam’s club CEO, why are you still allowing members to do returns and exchanges? Do you not understand that some of the members might have a family member with COVID 19 inside of their homes and can easily transport the virus in that toilet paper they returned? What is the importance of returning anything right now? Members should be allowed to buy essential items and leave and not putting associates at more risk!!! Please stop taking returns, at least until everything is under control!!!

Our club let someone return a bag of clothes purchased 2 1/2 yrs ago from a club that has since closed and didn't bat an eye! Essential purchasing and returns??? What a joke! As long as Walmart Corp is putting money in overpaid board officers pockets why should they worry about the hourly associates. Does anyone who can do anything about these issues even read, understand, or care about what's written here??? Don't think so
i ;think the members would understand a no return policy. do you think the members know that those piles of returns are put back out for resale. i am in agreement that when members come in it should be essential items only. the rest of the club should be yellow taped off.
Walmart considers us peasants. As important as the peasants who work in the factories which make the clothing we sell.
What do you think happened to the two people's job in Chicago? Remember the two who died from covid? Someone else already moved in. The store didn't close, the birds didn't quit singing, they just slide someone else into the spot vacated by the dead.
Wake up, and do it quick. People are nothing without money. If you're young enough, get a degree in science or math. If not, you better climb whatever ladder you have in front of you, before it's too late.
They don’t care!!! It’s as simple as that. Look at all the action they took. The joke of a plexiglass that doesn’t do anything, the school desks and chairs in the breakroom that’s nearly 2inches apart and the masks that you can’t even breath through. Lol their actions have been reckless and laughable since day 1. Here’s another 300 bonus for you guys so the media can say they did something. It’s a billion dollar company and they gave us 300 at a time of crisis. Might as well throw in a free yogurt coupon for the cafe when it opens up again.
