I say No. I need a job and I don't mind my work. I have worked at a lot of places and this certainly isn't the worst. It seems like a lot of young new hires or spoiled brats post on this board who are not used to hard work in the least.

Before you EOI, you better know what your next is going to be. If you have financially secured retirement in mind, great. But if you know you’ll have to continue working, then think twice before leaving a good paying job like the one you now have. If you get laid off instead, it was out of your hands anyway. Good luck in this economic downturn finding a good paying job.

It looks like there is accelerated EOI starting today through May 8. Will there also be EOI during the selection phases? Two opportunities to raise hand or just one?

A lot of people may want to wait and see what happens with Covid-19 and economy before making a decision.

Half a YEAR's pay. sorry. Either way, I will hold out for a much better deal.

No way that I would give up half a months pay & benefits and not go for the Fall one. Also the timing is better for taxes.
