CALL CENTER ROLLING MEADOWS

You know our Rolling Meadows call center will not prioritize their front line employees. Concerned to return without new build out to avoid COVID 19. Prior to COVID 19, we had roaches on our floor. The Director who has driven culture down the drain, is not going to look out for her employees unless corporate mandates it. Operations Sr Manager for CS is a joke, you walk up for help and you get nasty attitudes from the Sr and direct reports, and responses are unhelpful. We didn't close until someone tested positive on our 4th floor, all due to the fear of using sick time, and the center not acknowledging reps, and supervisors fears with viable options. When we go back, we know the Director doesn't work past 5pm on most days, you are lucky if she works until 330pm. Never in on weekends like everyone else working on Sat and Sunday. But it is fair for online reps to be there all weekend! Good luck getting your voice heard, never available and Pulse survey feedback counts for nothing at all levels. I know Supervisors, Reps and Sr.Managers that have submitted pulse feedback and nothing changes. We need a New Director!
Thanks to our VP, and Leadership Team for nothing along with HR who witnesses all, and is aware of the culture. This used to be a great place to work. Not anymore!!!

Rolling Meadows was better back when it was up the Tollway and called Elgin.

Oh please, I work for CORe and the amount of Cold transfers from Rolling Meadows is so high that I don't even report it anymore. I honestly cannot believe how bad the Care reps from Rolling Meadows are when you talk to them. Y'all might as well not even exist. At least the customer that you drop on us wouldn't be as p-ss-d if they didn't have to talk to you. Your director might be trash but its obvious that it's rubbed up on the reps as well

It's the current hiring trend more than a few Directors are not up to our standards. The people hiring disrespect wireless with their choices, it is not an easy job to do. Must have an intelligent energetic, leader who is engaged with the reps.

The director is terrible, she was awful in her previous role as well, but it’s a center with no talent, and reps that watch netflix all day. You get the leader you deserve.
